Who is your coach?

Joe O Connor is a university lecturer in Exercise Physiology & Performance Nutrition since 2006. Current professional doctorate research focuses on the optimal health and cognitive performance of corporate athletes. Both academic and applied knowledge combine to provide CoachPACT clients with individualised scientifically based programming.

For over 20 years, Joe has worked in numerous high performance environments ranging from All Ireland winning GAA teams to individuals competing at the European, World and Olympic level across Athletics, Golf and Equestrian Sports. These high-performance environments and mindsets form the basis of the CoachPACT philosophy.

CoachPACT aims to work with high achieving professionals who appreciate that lifestyle, fitness and nutrition coaching can positively improve one’s performance both in the workplace and at home. Our typical client is a driven hard-working professional who sets athletic goals in order to challenge themselves personally while contributing to improved professional focus and output.

This is a service that appreciates that you are a time poor professional who understands that being driven towards personal goals can also help your professional output. While working together, we look for the minimal effective dose in pursuit of optimal personal and professional performance.
